50 Best Moms Essay Contest
Looking for San Diego's 50 Best Moms!
Tell us why your mom is one of the best in San Diego! Does she volunteer at your school? Is she a great role model? If so, write an essay and send it in! San Diego's 50 Best Moms essay contest is for San Diego County students in grades 4 through 12. The Best Moms and their families are invited to a celebration, where the winners will receive an award and a gift bag filled with certificates from Ultra Star Movies Theatre, tickets to the San Diego Rep, something from Mission Federal Credit Union and many other items any mom would love. The student who writes the best essay in each grade level will win a new Sony VAIO laptop computer and his or her teacher will win a $250 gift card for school supplies! Rules: * Essays should be between 150 to 500 words in length, typed double space on 8-1/2” by 11” paper. * One entry per student. * Essay must be solely the work of the entrant. The signature of the student’s teacher is required as verification on entry forms. * Each entry must have a completed entry form, with contact information, stapled to the front of the essay. This information is only used for San Diego’s 50 Best Moms essay contest, and is not sold or provided to anyone. * Entries must be postmarked or received at Time Warner Cable’s San Diego office by March 5, 2010.
